  10. Literal Sentence: I loved her.

Edit 1: When I met her that night, I knew I had fallen in love.

Edit 2: I held a corsage as I eased my way up the the front door. My stomach danced to the fast beating of my heart. My hand met the wood. Thump. Thump. Thump. It was that day that made me love her.

Edit 3: I glanced down at the corsage in my hands. A rose. Red, like the color of my face. My stomach danced to the fast beating of my heart, and up the steps I went. One. Two. Three. My hand met the wood door. Thump. Thump. Thump. The door flung open and there she stood; her dress blanketing her silhouette, as if it was water cascading down her body. She smelled of theobroma oil, and the small gap in her front teeth shown as she smiled. It was that imperfection that helped me relinquish my nervousness, and it was that day that made me love her.

Extra Development: I glance down at her in my arms. Her shirt is stained. Red, like the color of my tearing eyes. The rubble of a car collision lies behind us, but the chaos is a blur. All I hear is her shallow breathing, and all I feel is my stomach dancing with the slow beating of her heart. The aroma of theobroma oil tangles with the stench of iron. Grasping her closer to my bosom, I cling to the hope that she won’t go on. But before the paramedics even hobble out of their vehicle with their useless tools, she is already gone. Eyes glazed over and her mouth slightly ajar, the small gap in her teeth is visible. It is this day that makes me realize that I loved her.

  12. Literal Sentence: I loved her.

Edit 1: I loved her entirely; not every inch was not perfect and seemed tailored to me...

Edit 2: She was everything: my eyes did not see a form but a contoured line, an ambiguous form gliding and dancing towards me, smiling.

Edit 3: She was more then a precious gem; my cursory glance towards her reflected back a universe of signals that a human mind and retina is simply not capable of perceiving fully. To understand... It took something more then such mediums. My eyes did not see a form but a contoured line, an ambiguous form, gliding and dancing, like of a light and free pebble travelling downstream. My mind saw not a form, but an idea; a reflection of a small branch that has unconsciously grown and bosomed within me. The lines, the contoured shapes, the image, the pebble, the emotions.... They were all smiling back at me, like a deafening light penetrating my body. And I stared, as if a deep shadow has been cast upon me, a dark silence that lies in the centre of the sun.

Edit 3 : i slowly ate a tuna sandwich mostly filled with yellow lettuce looking as aged as the fat old lady making sandwiches. Carelessly dripping all the sauce on my boring plain white plate. As my jaws vigorously moved up and down like a crusher, i could taste the yellow lettuce crying for help, perhaps thats why it was so mushy; the tuna was probably swimming around the ocean right before it ended up in my mouth. The sunburned bread on top crushed my last hope of eating a perfect sandwich during my lazy afternoon. I pulled out a tissue from it's house to wipe my mouth leaving more than half of the not eaten sandwich. I rushed to the cashier with my eyebrows tilted up high throwing the cash at her table. Then I walked like a soldier after battle making my way outside.

I plug the earphones into my ears, entering into my own wonderland once again.
