Wednesday, April 10th (section 3) and Thursday, April 11th (section 1 and 2)

Agenda:

1. Take out your First Language Paper 3 Exam you've prepared today for homework based on this exam. For the link above, only refer to pages 1 - 5 of it for today's class. For notes on how to write an article, refer to this document.

2. Open the Mark Scheme for this exam here. Refer only to pages 2 - 9 for the link for today's class.

3. Annotate both your written exam work to demonstrate you've carefully re-read it looking for the specific features needed in your response by the Mark Scheme AND lightly annotate the Mark Scheme itself to show that you've carefully read it. If you choose not to print out the Mark Scheme, then make your notes on a separate piece of paper and attach it to your exam, titling the page Mark Scheme Notes.

4. Create a box on your paper on the first page that looks like so:

Examiner Name

<insert name of your partner>

5. Find a partner and ask them to also read over your exam and annotate it lightly with a different color pen that what you've used while also closely following the Mark Scheme.  Have them sign the document and give you a detailed score also.

6. Turn in your document at the end of class. No exceptions.
